So What Are Macros and “Macro Counting?

It’s simple; macros are the breakdown of calories between three main categories: protein, carbohydrates, and fats.  The basic concept of macro counting is identifying and adjusting the ideal intake of these three, which will be unique to every person, and using this to help you look and feel great!
